CASE DEVELOPMENT

FEASIBILITY OR PLANNING STUDY
An integral part of the formula for successful fundraising, a properly conducted study identifies your fundraising and leadership potential. It helps create the best of conditions by involving key people in the process of gathering valid, reliable and vital information upon which to make future program and development plans. The study provides a unique opportunity to communicate with your leaders, donors and potential constituents. The study creates the condition under which serious money can be raised.

VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
“Leadership” cannot be created by not-for-profit institutions. Volunteer leadership must be identified and recruited from your constituency and/or the power structure of the community, and must include those with influence, affluence and credibility. We work with you to recruit the strongest possible volunteer leadership to your institution’s board and key committees.

We train you and work with individual staff and volunteers, as well as committees and boards, to train them in the art of asking for money sensitively and successfully, in the art of recruiting leadership to their board and/ or committees and in the art of “boardsmanship.”
